The Kundalini energy (our creative potential) is asleep in us and it can be awakened many different ways. The goal of all spiritual practices and all different yoga styles is to awaken this great energy. Kundalini yoga uses different techniques combined in a precise technology that accomplishes just that, the most efficient and effective way.

By raising the Kundalini energy from the base of the spine through the Shushumna (main energy channel running alongside the spinal column) to the Tenth gate, our Crown chakra (the energy center on the top of our head) we open our intuition and creativity flow. We connect to the Universal life force and no longer feel separated from all other beings and Mother Nature. You can experience the totality of yourself in complete unison.
Kundalini yoga is direct, quick and a perfect practice for the pace of a modern household. With this practice we can accomplish the most in the shortest amount of time and just after one kriya achieve a complete physical, mental and spiritual balance.

Group Kundalini Yoga Class

The group class is offered every Wednesday night from 7 pm to 8:30 pm. It includes: - pranayama (focusing on our breath) - kriya (set of exercises/postures) - relaxation - meditation using mantra
Private Kundalini yoga

Sound Healing with the Gong
$20 for 20 min

Disease is a disharmony in the body. The gong plays a wide range of harmonies and vibrates every cell in our body, which helps bring them back to their healthy state or harmony.
Meditation is very important and integral part of Kundalini yoga, perfect for beginners or experienced meditators. Using Mantras and hand movement we occupy the mind and stop the chatter as you we stay focused the entire time.
Spiritual Healing
$30 for 30 minutes

This practice is similar to Reiki, but the individual is sitting. All chakras (energy centres) are charged and the Aura is smoothed. We can direct the Healing energy to a specific area if required.
