The Hatha yoga instructor that I was following from one gym to another moved to BC and I couldn't find a replacement so I decided to try a new style of yoga that I only read about. Sure enough in my first Kundalini class I was the only one in the room with tight black spandex, feeling awkward between the rest of the students all in their white natural material comfortable clothing.
The story is long, but the end result is that I fell in love with this style of yoga. You need to experience it for yourself!
